You’ve got a life-long customer here. First, I found you when my car engine died on the side of a highway in a rural area. It was after hours but your team arranged a tow for my family, forty five minutes before my insurance’s roadside assistance could reach us, plus provided a loaner. I want to stress how big of a deal this is because there are no car rental companies and very few taxis in the Northfield area. We would have been marooned. Without skipping a beat your team helped me find a new used vehicle and prepare that for our use, including air conditioning checkup without a wait during a heat wave and holiday weekend. I also received guidance on a solid but affordable set of the right tires, which can be daunting and usually upsold. The price was great and the loaners and drop-off to Northfield were the biggest problem-solvers. Nate’s Garage made a scary experience bearable and I’m so grateful.
